If you do not know where to apply for a visa, go to the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Russian Federation by using the link below the paragraph. You will see there “Russia in international relations” header with a grey background and dropdown list of countries. Select the country where you are going to apply for Russian visa. Then look for “Diplomatic and consular missions of Russia” and choose the most convenient location below it to see the address, contact details and web-address with information about visa application procedure for that particular area.

To apply for a Russian visa, you will need an Invitation Letter. Russian Skating Union as a hosting member of ISU European Speed Skating Championships in Kolomna is happy to provide you with such an Invitation. Please use the link below to fill in secured electronic form for a person or the whole group of people which require a Russian visa. Before jumping to the form, please prepare readable colour passport copies of decent quality for each applying person as they need to be uploaded along with the data entered.
